5 Putra Diktator Khadafi.

Artikel ini terkait dengan sosok Khadafi. Kematian dari mantan pemimpin Libya Moammar Khadafi, meninggalkan luka mendalam bagi para pendukungnya. Tak terkecuali mereka keluarga besarnya. Dari 10 orang putra-putranya (dua hasil adopsi), terdapat lima diantaranya yang dikenal sebagai putra loyalis Khaddafi. Semuanya menduduki jabatan strategis baik di lingkungan militer maupun pemerintahan. Bahkan beberapa diantaranya juga, ikut tewas di pertempuran terakhir bersama sang ayah. Berikut ulasannya:

1. Saif al-Islam Muammar al-Qaddafi

Saif al-Islam Muammar al-Qaddafi (lahir 25 Juni 1972) adalah putra kedua dari sosok fenomenal Muammar Qaddafi dan istri kedua-nya Shafiyyah Farkash. Dia dipercaya sebagai juru bicara ayahnya. Banyak sumber mensinyalir Saif sebagai bagian terdekat dari lingkaran dalam ayahnya. Saif merupakan doktor London School of Economics, yang juga menjadi pemimpin yayasan The Qaddafi International Foundation for Charity Associations. Ia dicari oleh Pengadilan Pidana Internasional untuk dugaan kejahatan terhadap kemanusiaan melawan rakyat Libya, termasuk menyiksa dan membunuh warga sipil. Seperti diketahui, pada penyerbuan Sirte Kamis 20 Oktober kemarin oleh Dewan Transisi Nasional (NTC), Saif dikabarkan tertangkap dalam keadaan luka-luka.

2. Al-Saadi al-Qaddafi

Al-Saadi al-Qaddafi (lahir 25 Mei 1973) adalah anak ketiga dari pemimpin Libya Muammar al-Qaddafi. Dia adalah seorang pengusaha Libya dan mantan pemain sepak bola di berbagai klub terkenal di liga Italia. Dia adalah komandan Pasukan Khusus Libya dan terlibat dalam perang Saudara Libya 2011. Saaid diserahi tugas tugas oleh ayahnya, untuk menanggulangi aksi para pemrotesdi sebelah Timur Libya. Pada tanggal 11 September 2011, Al-Saadi melarikan diri ke negara tetangga Nigeria, di mana pemerintah setempat telah menyatakan menangkap dan berencana untuk membawanya ke ibukota Niamey.

3. Moatassem-Billah Qaddafi

Moatassem-Billah Qaddafi adalah Perwira Angkatan Darat Libya, sekaligus Penasihat Keamanan Nasional Libya sejak 2010. Dia adalah putra kelima dari pemimpin Libya Muammar Qaddafi, dan juga merupakan anggota terdekat lingkaran kekuasaan ayahnya. Sebelumnya, Moatassem yang dalam jajaran militer berpangkat Letnan Kolonel ini, pernah melakukan kudeta terhadap ayahnya sendiri. Kudeta tersebut gagal, tapi Qaddafi memaafkan perbuatan Moatassem. Pada April 2009, Moatassem diamanahi Qaddafi menormalkan kembali hubungan antara Libya-AS, dengan menemui Menlu Hillary Clinton, di Washington.

4. Saif al-Arab al-Qaddafi

Saif al-Arab al-Qaddafi (lahir pada tahun 1982) adalah putra keenam dari pemimpin Libya Muammar al-Qaddafi. Saif menghabiskan banyak waktunya di Munich, Jerman. Sebelum terbunuh oleh suatu serangan udara NATO pada 30 April 2011, Saif diamanahi memimpin sebuah divisi militer oleh ayahnya dalam rangka untuk menghalau pengunjuk rasa di Benghazi.

5. Khamis al-Qaddafi

Khamis al-Qaddafi (lahir 27 Mei 1983) adalah anak ketujuh dan bungsu dari pemimpin Libya Muammar al-Qaddafi. Sebagai komandan militer Brigade Khamis tentara Libya, dia dipercaya sebagai orang yang paling bertanggungjawab dalam menggempur demonstran di Libya. Selama Perang Saudara Libya 2011, Khamis adalah target utama untuk kekuatan oposisi Libya yang berusaha untuk menggulingkan kekuasaan ayahnya. Ia sering dikabarkan telah terbunuh selama perang. Namun pada tanggal 29 Agustus 2011, Khamis diduga terbunuh di mobilnya oleh sebuah serangan helikopter NATO.(**)
